The rays of sunshine creep over the window, touching the glass and reflecting a sheen of light that embraces the silent room, kissing Bagwis's tan skin as he sleeps beside her. Slowly, Liksi untangles herself from his warmth, repositions herself to face him, and gazes at his peacefulness.

His curled eyelashes kneel on his cheeks. Liksi watches as Bagwis's eyes flutter open, a warm grin dancing on his chapped lips. Reaching out, he lays his left arm on her waist and pulls her closer and tighter to his bare chest.

Liksi feels her cheeks warmed and she had to hide her face on the crook of his neck, tucking herself in his muscled arms. Inhaling deeply, legs intertwine, toes curl, and soft giggles echo all across the room. "Sinta...," Bagwis speaks softly. And once more, they close their eyes and go back to dreamland.

Around three in the afternoon, Bagwis opens his sleepy eyes and gives her a quick peck on the cheek. She watches the naked him enter the attached water room, admiring the lines of his muscled back, so beautiful in the afternoon light.

Stretching on the bed, Liksi slowly sits up and gazes dazedly outside the glass window into the city square where families are bustling since early morning. She sees the sun hangs on the blue afternoon sky with white clouds, she hears the afternoon song of the sparrows nestling on the rafter of the inn's roof and his singing voice from the water room.

Liksi discards the last piece of her clothing while entering the water room. Bagwis looks up and smiles as she joins him in the shower, trembling a bit from the first touch of the cool splash on her warm skin.

He slathers her shoulder with perfumed oil the scent of milk and honey and begins to caress her softly. Liksi reaches for the clay container and applies a small amount of oil on her left palm, rubs her hands together before putting it on her long, curly hair.

His hands slowly find their way to her waist, his slight touch causes her to giggle away. Liksi turns around to slap his bicep lightly, and said, "Don't tickle me. I don't want oil in my eyes. Hmph." Bagwis only smiles at her before aiming the dipper on her face.
